日本料理のふたつの頂点KAISEKIには二種類あります。一つは、茶事で出される茶懐石、これはお茶を美味しくいただくための食事です。侘び寂びの心を食事に表し、質素ながらも洗練された料理です。もう一つのKAISEKIは、ここで紹介する料理で会席料理と呼ばれ、宴席で出される豪華な料理です。どちらの料理も季節感と素材の旬を大切にしながら技と技巧を凝らした、日本料理の頂点とも言える物です。  Two Peak of the Japanese CuisineThere are two kinds in KAISEKI.Tea ceremony dishes, this that one is taken out by a tea ceremony are meals to have tea deliciously.
